Terrain
Icon | Description |

Plain | Plain is the most common type of terrain. Offer minimal cover. |
Hill | Hill has a high defense bonus. But only villagers and air units can travel over hill. |
Wood | Wood provides good cover but is difficult to traverse. It slows down most of the ground units except villagers. |
Road | Easy to traverse, but offer no protection. Attacking from roads should be avoided. |
Shoal | Shoals is the bridge between sea and land. It provides no defensive cover. |
Sea | Sea is traversable by water and air units only. Offer no defensive benefits. |
Mountain | Mountain is too high for any unit to pass. |
Village | After capture, village provides income. It also provides HP, EP and SP healing to walking units. Hence, it is a good defensive position. |
HQ | The center of the army. Victory is yours if you capture the enemy's HQ! |
Base | Base is the deployment point for ground units. It also provides HP, EP and SP healing to walking units. |
Sky Temple | Sky Temple is the deployment point for air units. It also provides HP, EP and SP healing to flying units. |
Water Temple | Water Temple is the deployment point for water units. It also provides HP, EP and SP healing to swim units. |
Land Temple | Land Temple can provide additional 10% attack value. |
